What is LBX Digital?

LBX Digital is a digital marketing agency for contractors and local service businesses. We build and look after websites, run social media and manage Google and Meta ads, with local SEO and AI search included. Every client starts with a free working demo of their new website and only pays once they decide to go live.

Is the demo really free?

Yes. The demo costs nothing and there's no obligation. It sits on a private link that search engines don't index, and we take it down after 30 days if you don't want it.

How quickly can my website go live?

Usually within 48 hours of you saying yes, once we have access to your domain or have registered a new one for you.

Who owns the website and the domain?

The domain is registered in your business name. If you leave after the minimum term, we help you move the site to wherever you like.

Do I have to sign up for 12 months?

Only for the website, because we build it with no setup fee. Social media and ads are month to month: you can stop them at the end of any month and keep your website. After the first 12 months the website also runs month to month, with 30 days' notice.

Can I buy the website outright instead of a subscription?

Yes. You can buy the website for a one-off price ($1,190) and own it outright, with all the files handed over. Hosting and care are then optional ($25 a month), or you can host it anywhere you like. Social media and ads can still be added month to month.

Can I get social media or ads without a website from you?

Yes. Social media management and ads management are available on their own, month to month. If your current website works well, we can run your social media and ads around it.

Do you do SEO?

Yes. Local SEO is part of every plan: service and area pages, page titles, structured data, speed and your Google Business Profile. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, so we don't. We do show you visits, calls and enquiries every month.

What is GEO, or AI search optimization?

GEO (generative engine optimization) means making your website easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews to read, so they can describe and recommend your business correctly. We write clear answers to common customer questions and add machine-readable details about your services and service area.

Do I need to write the content?

No. We draft the text from your current website, your Google profile and a short chat. You check it and approve it.

What counts as a small change?

Things like new prices, photos, opening hours, a new service or a staff change. Bigger work, such as a new section or extra pages, we quote for first.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. We also work with businesses in the United Kingdom, Norway and Germany.
